In order to be listed on inspected-inns.com, your state or provincial bed and breakfast association must meet the stringent inspection criteria set forth by the Inspecte Inns Association, in cooperation with PAII and the PAII Affiliate Association Advisory Council (PAAAC). Here's what's required:

If not already a PAII Affiliate Association, you must first apply for affiliation directly to them. It's free, and it provides specific benefits both to your association and to your members.
- In order to market your PAII Affiliate Association on www.inspected-inns.com, you must then submit information showing that:
- All member inns meet local and state licensing requirements of health and taxation.
- All member inns have commercial liability insurance for the guest's protection.
- Your association has written inspection criteria that includes standards for cleanliness, maintenance, hospitality and safety.
- All member inns are inspected at least every other year using a trained independent inspector who is not an innkeeper member of the association or an association staff member.
